This Monitor barn measures thirty six feet by thirty six feet with ample room for all your storage or animal needs. The barn is a spacious design with 1296 square feet on the main floor and 432 square feet in the Loft area.

The detailed plan packet is filled with all of the information necessary to completely erect this building.

The detailed construction guide will direct you through each step of the process and the materials list will allow you to order all materials required.

The framing is 6X8 pressure treated posts with rafters on 24" centers for roof framing.

The hay loft is a full 12' wide and 36' long. The windows will provide both light and ventilation. Add the Cupola and ridge vents and there won't be any problems with your horses overheating or living in a highly humid home.
